Line up:
Red Bananna: is Anna Fillat, a collector and selector of vinyl music since she was 15 years old. From early on, she has been in contact with music from all over the world, expanding her horizons through her research as an anthropologist. Her interest in ethnomusicology combined with her academic background in music has led her to curate parties in Barcelona, and to be part of music research projects that seek to promote non-mainstream vinyl music and cultural exchange.
She is also part of Eck Echo records, a record label and platform for (Afro) Latin culture and music based in Berlin, with a special but not limited focus on South America. It draws on the figure of the ‘ekeko’, an Andean popular figure hailing from the depths of the Andean plateau of Bolivia and Peru.
Anna started playing in 2021, but has been able to perform in cities such as Mexico City, Lima, Berlin, London or Brussels, among others. She has also played in festivals such as Jazztronica, Vida Festival, Sofrito, and shared the stage with artists such as Quantic, Sonido Gallo Negro and others.

Nixer & Sonikgroove: Collectors and passionate music lovers, these curators carefully select hidden gems from the past and future of tropical sound, always with a focus on the dance floor. Their sonic journey takes us across the globe, with a special emphasis on Latin America, Africa, and the Caribbean, while also exploring tropical sounds from other latitudes.
With a deep passion for digging through records, they have uncovered tracks that showcase the rich history of tropical music. Now, with that same dedication, they bring fresh and exciting sounds from the new creative wave, inspired by the golden era of Discos Fuentes and other influential labels and artists who have shaped the genre.
